Cherry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. cherry preserves
    1 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cut cream cheese and margarine into Bisquick until crumbly. Blend in 1/3 cup milk.
    Knead on floured surface.
    On wax paper, roll dough into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle.
    Turn onto greased baking sheet; remove paper.
    Spread preserves down center of dough.
    Make 2 1/2-inch cuts at 1-inch intervals on long sides.
    Fold strips over filling.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
