Melt-In-Your-Mouth Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Beat egg yolks in small bowl until thick and creamy.
    Add milk.
    In larger bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold the yolk mixture alternately with flour mixture into egg whites.
    Blend.
    Pour in melted butter and mix slowly. Put into greased waffle iron.
