Tomato Vinaigrette(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice (fresh)
    1/4 c. cottonseed oil or pure vegetable oil
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    sprinkle of salt (optional)
    1 small bunch parsley
    1 bunch green onions (5 to 6)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except parsley and onions and store in refrigerator.
    In a food processor or by hand, chop fine the parsley and onions.
    Add to liquid mixture and you've got yourself a zesty vinaigrette dressing that can also be used to marinate meats and vegetables.
