Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8-10 large apples
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
Preparation

Peel, core and dice the apples.
You can use any type of apple that you like, but Cortlands, Gravensteins or Macs will do very well.
Mix and match your apples to get different flavors. Place the apples in a deep 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the water and lemon juice over the apples.
Cut up the 2 tablespoons of butter and place in among the apples.
