Edward D. "Pop" Plumlee'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1 small bag pinto beans
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 onion
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook pinto beans until done. In a frying pan, brown ground round, onion and garlic. Add to the pinto beans. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Salt to taste. Simmer about 2 hours or until it is thick. Serve alone with crackers or with tacos, tamales or hot dogs.
