Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 medium onion, cut up
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 bouillon cubes (beef or chicken)
    2 1/3 c. boiling water
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms.
    Grease casserole with margarine. Add all ingredients with water last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves four.
