Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. green pepper, shredded
    1/2 c. yellow onion, shredded
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. Burgundy or Rose wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. celery, shredded
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
    Keeps up to 2 weeks.
