Corn Flake Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. corn flakes
    1 1/4 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugars; beat in egg and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Stir into creamed mixture.
    Stir in corn flakes, coconut and nuts.
    Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until delicately browned.
    Cool slightly before removing to cooling rack.
    Makes 4 dozen cookies.
