Christmas Crunches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 c. regular oats, uncooked
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.
Stir in oats, corn flakes, coconut and pecans.
Shape dough in 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
Yields 3 1/2 dozen.
