Bacon And Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh spinach
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
    1 purple onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. bacon, diced
    vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until
    crisp.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons of fat. Mix broken salad
    greens
    and
    other
    salad ingredients.
    Toss with bacon fat, then add dash of vinegar.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and toss again.
    Serves 4 to 6.
