Mini Cherry Topped Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to 300\u00b0.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter.\tPress equal portions into 18 paper-lined muffin cups.
In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add eggs
and vanilla.
Mix well.
Spoon into prepared cups.
Bake 20 minutes. Cool;
then chill for 10 to 20 minutes.
Top with cherry pie filling.
