Ham In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked ham
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. flour
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook ham and onion in butter until onion is tender but not brown.
    Sprinkle with flour; gradually stir in sour cream.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture thickens.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
