Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms or 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Slice the beef across the grain into bite-size strips.
    Cook the beef in a large skillet over high heat in 1 tablespoon of the hot cooking oil about 1 to 2 minutes or to desired doneness of meat.
    Remove meat from the skillet.
    Add remaining oil, mushrooms, onion and garlic.
    Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
    Stir in the water, catsup, instant bouillon granules and pepper. Combine the flour and sour cream and add to the mixture in the skillet.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Return meat to skillet.
    Heat through.
    Serve over noodles.
    Serves 2.
