Dark Chocolate Cake(No Eggs Used) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk (2% works too)
    1 c. strong coffee (instant may be used)
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 350\u00b0.\tSift together the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt
    and
    baking soda.
    Bring the coffee to a boil and stir it gently into the matter.
    Mixture will be soupy.
    Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes. Contains approximately 185 calories per serving.
