Hungarian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken
    2 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    1 onion, minced
    flour to thicken
    chicken broth (from parts)
    Crisco
Preparation
    Coat chicken with salt, pepper and paprika; brown
    chicken. Also sprinkle chicken with garlic and saute onion.
    Put in broth. Cook chicken in covered pan for 1/2 hour until tender (simmer low).
    Take chicken out to make gravy.
    Thicken with flour and water to make gravy.
