Two Crust Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
7 to 8 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Measure flour and salt into a bowl.
Cut in shortening. Sprinkle water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until all flour is moistened.
Gather dough into 2 balls. Roll out on a floured plastic wrap paper.
