Swedish Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apples
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Butter a pie plate.
    Fill 3/4 full with peeled, sliced apples. Melt margarine.
    Set aside to cool.
    Mix remaining ingredients. Add melted butter or margarine to batter.
    Pour over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
