Pork Chops With Grilled Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 center cut pork chops, about 1-inch thick (about 2 lb.)
    1 pineapple (crown, stem and rind removed), cut crosswise into 6 slices
Preparation
    In a dish, combine dressing, juice, sugar and soy sauce.
    Add chops; turn to coat.
    Cover; marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 hours or overnight.
