Passover Bagels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. matzoh meal
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine (vegetable oil type)
4 eggs
Preparation

Combine matzoh meal, salt and sugar.
Bring water and margarine to a boil.
Add to matzoh meal combination and mix well. Beat in eggs thoroughly, one at a time or beat eggs together and add a little at a time to matzoh meal combination. Allow mix to stand for about 15 minutes.
