Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    pinch of salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. roasted peanuts
    pie shell
Preparation
    Combine egg yolks, salt and milk. Mix well.
    Place in heavy saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until warm.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Gradually add to milk mixture, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Let cool slightly.
    Pour filling into cooled pie shell. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with whipped cream and peanuts.
