Cauliflower-Bacon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 Bermuda onion
    1 head cauliflower
    1 lb. bacon
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Place in large bowl. Slice onion on top of lettuce. Fry bacon until crisp; crumble on top of onion. Cut cauliflower into small pieces; place on top of bacon. In small bowl, mix sugar, cheese and mayonnaise. Spread over cauliflower; seal against edges of bowl. Cover with Saran Wrap. Best when made the day before serving. Mix thoroughly before serving.
