Mexican Chili Bean Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. finely shredded cabbage *
    2 c. shredded carrots *
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans or chili beans, rinsed and drained
    3 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. taco sauce or salsa
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    *You can substitute broccoli slaw for cabbage and carrots.
