Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. pork or chicken
2 bags Success Boil-in-Bag rice
3 carrots, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
Heat oil in skillet or wok. Cook meat on high, stirring constantly for 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in carrots; cook for 3 minutes.
Add onions, water chestnuts, mushrooms, pineapple and soy sauce.
Stir 2 to 4 minutes.
Add already boiled rice and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
