Shiny Top Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt, divided
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Spread berries in well-greased sheet cake pan.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice; set aside.
    In a medium bowl, stir flour,
    1 1/2 cups of sugar, milk, butter, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt until well blended (will be thick).
    Spoon over berries; spread to edges of pan.
    Set aside.
