Baked German Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes, sliced and quartered (1/4-inch thick)
    1/3 c. finely chopped onions
    1 beef or chicken bouillon cube
    1/8 c. olive oil and a little water
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Bake in square baking pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
