Pumpkin Sweets(Bilharacos) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pumpkin
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla or more depending on taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls in a little oil and fry until browned and cooked.
    Roll in granulated sugar and cinnamon.
