Chicken Chinese Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium chicken breast
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 c. green peppers
1/3 c. bean sprouts
1 pkg. Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
8 oz. water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. fresh pineapple
1/8 tsp. Chinese five spice powder
Preparation

Saute chicken with minced garlic in pan coated with vegetable cooking spray; cook until chicken is tender (about 30 minutes). Add vegetables and saute until tender.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
Pour over chicken and vegetables and cook about 2 minutes or until completely heated.
