Grandma Simon'S Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 pinch poultry seasoning
    1 pinch ginger
    1 pinch garlic powder
    1 pinch curry powder
    1 pinch thyme
    1 pinch allspice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 black peppercorns
    3-inch onion
    1/2 c. celery
    3 sprigs parsley
    1/4 green pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    6 green olives, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken livers and all the spices until livers are cooked.
    Drain and cool livers, then grind.
    Saute onion, celery, parsley and green pepper.
    Add this mixture to the liver, adding mayonnaise to obtain desired spreading consistency.
    Add pickle relish, olives and minced hard-boiled eggs.
    Mix and refrigerate.
