Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in butter. Combine remaining ingredients. Dip chicken into crumb mixture. Place on a greased 13 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Drizzle any remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
