French Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms, wiped clean and sliced
3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 qt. milk
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
1 1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. dill
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Fry mushrooms in butter until well cooked and liquid is gone (mushrooms should be brown).
Add garlic and cook until garlic is light brown.
Add flour and cook, stirring until flour is well blended.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
Add white wine, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add water, parsley and dill. Reduce heat; simmer just a few minutes.
Serve hot.
