Berlin Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    5 oz. pkg. scalloped potatoes
    milk
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 c. shredded Provolone or Mozzarella
Preparation
    Cook bacon; drain and keep 2 tablespoons drippings.
    Cook onion in drippings and add spinach.
    Do potatoes by package instructions.
    Stir in bacon, onion and spinach.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Take out.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts.
