Empandas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. flour
    apricot preserves
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Chill overnight.
    Roll out and cut in 2 1/2-inch circles.
    Drop a small amount of preserves in circle and seal.
    Roll in cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
