Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced in strips
    2 medium onions, cut in rings
    2 bell peppers, cut in strips
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    2 stalks celery, diced
    6 or 7 fresh tomatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Saute first 5 ingredients in 1 tablespoon olive oil for 15 minutes on low heat.
    Add tomatoes.
    Make sauce.
