Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 large can sauerkraut, well drained
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 to 1 c. celery, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
(A delicious, crunchy, cold salad and it doesn't taste at all like sauerkraut!)
