Potato-Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. hot mashed potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
pepper

Preparation

Beat well with mixer.
Place in a 1-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
