Sunshine Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. flavored gelatin
    1 (48 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 juice can water
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix gelatin according to directions with sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients and freeze..
    Remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
