Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fresh white bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground veal
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 c. light cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    boiling water
Preparation
    In small bowl, soak bread crumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
    In large bowl, combine meats, egg, onion, salt, pepper, allspice and bread mixture.
    Toss gently with fork to combine.
    Using hands, gently shape mix into 30 meatballs.
