12 Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. hot water
    4 or 5 eggs
    3 c. filling
Preparation
    Add butter to boiling hot water.
    When melted, add flour all at once.
    Mix thoroughly and cook over direct heat.
    Stir in unbeaten eggs, one at a time.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls on buttered baking sheet.
    Place 2 to 3 inches apart.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cool, split and fill with sweet cream filling.
