Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 regular can kraut, washed and drained well
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/8 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat sugar,
    salad
    oil,
    water and vinegar.
    Pour over salad and chill for 24 hours.
    Will keep for 2 weeks.
