Miso Soup For Beginners - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. boiling water
1 can chopped clams
1 pkg. dashi-no-moto
handful of ebi (dried shrimp, optional)
3 to 4 heaping Tbsp. white miso
green onion, chopped
1 egg
1/4 block tofu, diced
Preparation

To
pot
of boiling water, add clams, dashi-no-moto and ebi. After
it
comes
to a boil, lower heat.
Add miso; stir with spoon until miso is dissolved.
Beat egg in a bowl, then stir into soup.
Add tofu and onion.\tWhile preparing soup, do not cover pot or leave it unattended.
After soup is done, you may cover pot and simmer over low heat.
