J. T.'S Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket
    garlic salt
    lemon pepper
    barbecue sauce
    A.1. steak sauce
    lemon juice
    Italian dressing
Preparation
    Pierce brisket numerous times with a fork.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper to taste.
    Place brisket, fat side up, in a baking pan.
    In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, A.1. steak sauce, lemon juice and Italian dressing to suit your taste.
    Pour over brisket.
    Seal foil and marinate overnight.
    Bake 3 to 6 hours, depending on size, in a 250\u00b0 oven.
