Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated cream

Preparation

Cook until forms a soft ball.
Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons butter.
Beat and spread on cake.
