Hazel Green Pasty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    round steak, in 1/4-inch cubes (about 1 c.)
    potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch cubes (about 3 c.)
    onion, sliced (1 large)
    1/3 c. hot milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Make pie crusts.
    Mix beef, potatoes, onions and seasoning in a bowl.
    Put in pie crust and seal.
    Puncture holes in top crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are done. Cover crust edges if they start to get dark.
    Heat milk and add through a hole in top crust.
    Bake 10 more minutes.
    Some people include turnips, but I never cared for them.
