Sweet-N-Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. of pork, quartered
    3 Tbsp. pancake syrup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    3 large green peppers
    2 large onions
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. of oil
Preparation
    Toss pork in flour and place in pan with oil, cook until brown. Add syrup, vinegar, soy sauce and water. Slice green peppers and onions in rings and place on top, cover and cook about 30 to 40 minutes, or until meat is tender.
