Lasagne(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 (26 oz.) can low-fat spaghetti sauce
    2 egg whites
    1 (24 oz.) cottage cheese (no-fat)
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (no-fat)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. lasagne noodles, uncooked
Preparation
    Cook beef in saucepan with enough water to cover beef; drain off all water and fat possible.
    Add spaghetti sauce to beef and bring to simmer.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except lasagne noodles, for filling.
