Jumbo Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. chopped beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 pimento, chopped
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. finely dried bread crumbs
    3 eggs
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Preheat the frypan to 325\u00b0 until the light blinks out.
    Mix all the ingredients except the shortening, tomato soup and water. Form 8 large balls from this mixture.
    Melt the shortening in the preheated pan and brown the meat balls on all sides.
    Add the tomato soup and water.
    Cover and cook at 220\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
