Pop-Up Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 c. water
15 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
dash of salt
1/8 tsp. Tabasco hot sauce
1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. McCormick spaghetti sauce mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in onion, garlic, oregano, salt, water, hot pepper sauce, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In bowl combine milk, oil and eggs; beat 1 minute at medium speed. Lightly spoon flour in measuring cups.
Add flour and salt; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Pour batter over cheese, covering filling completely.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until puffed and deep golden brown.
Serve immediately.
