Butter Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block butter or oleo
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. Mochiko flour (16 oz. box)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 medium eggs
    1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk
    2 c. milk (1 can evaporated milk and 1 c. water)
Preparation
    Blend butter and sugar.
    Add flour and baking powder, then pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    After cutting, roll in potato starch.
