Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    handful of parsley
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done. Let cool.
    Slice in half and scoop out center part of potatoes, leaving enough potato to support the skins.
    To the potato pulp, add butter, cheese and parsley.
    Mix well.
    Put mixture back into the skins; return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
