Hot Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground meat
    4 large onions, chopped
    1 to 2 tsp. black pepper
    1 to 2 tsp. red pepper
    3/4 (3 oz.) bottle chili powder
    4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. corn meal
Preparation
    To make tamale, roll 1 tablespoon of mixture in 1/2 cup corn meal.
    Continue to roll until all of mixture is used.
    Soak corn paper in water to dampen.
    Roll in corn papers.
